At NovraHub, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we're happy to help whenever possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. During this period, your order has typically not entered processing, allowing us to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders Already Being Processed

After the initial 12-hour cancellation window, your order may already be:

• Processed

• Packed

• Prepared for shipment

• Shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier

Once your order reaches any of these stages, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we kindly ask that you wait until it arrives. You may then request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided your order meets the eligibility requirements.
